Refunds

As items purchased are digital and are delivered instantly there are no refunds offered for these products. You recognize and agree that you shall not be entitled to a refund for any purchase of digital products.

Late delivery

As each Wellbeing profile is unique to each client, there may be at times delays in processing the link. If your Wellbeing questionnaire link has not arrived within 24 hours feel free to contact admin@watkinstherapygroup.com.au

Shipping

Products are sent digitally so there is no additional shipping costs.

A physical printed copy of your Adesso Wellbeing Report can be sent to you for an additional fee. Please contact admin@watkinstherapygroup.com.au if you require a printed copy. Please note: payment for printing and shipping will be required before your report is sent. Additional costs may be incurred for international shipping.
